Well, there are more types of cockatiels. The basic type is Normal Grey parrots. They are wild-coloration cockatiels. They have fully gray body, and yellow head.
Second is Pied ones. They are 3 quarters in yellow colour, and 1 quarter in dark colour.
There are White headed ones, too. The yellow colour is replaces with 75 procent white colours. Other 25 procent are black dark colours.
